Peanut Butter Pancakes

Servings: 10 pancakes

1 c pancake mix
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg
1/3 c peanut butter
1 can (5 oz) evaporated milk
1/3 c water

Combine pancake mix and sugar. In a different bowl, mix eggs and peanut butter; add milk and water. Stir into dry ingredients. Pour batter by 1/4 c onto lightly greased med-hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top. Cook until golden brown.

Topping:
1/4 c butter, softened
2 tbsp honey
