I haven’t posted my menu plans for the past several weeks, but I have been menu planning. We added a new recipe to our rotation: Easy Cheesy Enchiladas. They really are easy and yummy!
Last week was a whole lot of eating out due to two birthdays. JT’s boyfriend celebrated his 17th birthday with us at our neighborhood diner on Monday. On Wednesday, GW turned a whopping 36 so we took him out to Texas Roadhouse where they brought him free ice cream and the whole restaurant helped us wish him a happy birthday by yelling “Yeehaw!!!” I have a feeling there will be some payback in the near future 🙂
Supper: Grilled cheese, macaroni and cheese, green beans

We’re heading to South Dakota tonight to celebrate my Mom’s 60th birthday, so the menu planning stops here 🙂
